Process / Clarity at every step

From first conversation
to a confident launch.

A written plan, visible progress, and clear ownership. Here is what you can expect throughout a BuildWithMe engagement.

01

Start with the problem.

Discovery

We discuss your users, goals, current systems, dependencies, and constraints. Existing-code work may need a technical review.

You receive

A discovery summary, open questions, and a recommended scope.

Timing

2–5 days, depending on access and available information.

02

Agree what done means.

Written spec & fixed quote

We define deliverables, acceptance criteria, milestones, exclusions, access needs, and payment terms. The build starts after written agreement.

You receive

A specification and statement of work with a fixed quote for the agreed scope.

Timing

2–3 days after discovery; client review time is scheduled separately.

03

Make progress visible.

Build sprints with demos

We implement in short sprints, share written progress, and demo working software every sprint. Scope changes receive a separate estimate before implementation.

You receive

Working increments, demo notes, and a clear list of decisions or inputs needed.

Timing

1–2 weeks each, with the number of sprints agreed at kickoff.

04

Check the complete journey.

Quality assurance

We test agreed user flows, error paths, integrations, and supported devices. You review the result against the acceptance criteria.

You receive

A release candidate, QA findings, and an acceptance checklist.

Timing

A dedicated window in the project schedule; length depends on complexity.

05

Move into production deliberately.

Launch

We coordinate deployment, configuration, access, and release checks. Rollback steps and ownership are documented where applicable.

You receive

The deployed system, source-code handover, and operational documentation defined in the agreement.

Timing

A planned release window, agreed with your team.

06

Keep ownership clear.

Support

We hand over the system and address warranty issues under the agreement. Maintenance, improvements, and operational coverage can be scoped separately.

You receive

Handover notes and, when agreed, a support scope with response expectations.

Timing

Warranty and support periods are specified in the statement of work.

Working rhythm

Async, with context.

We agree one primary project channel at kickoff. Arthur Vasylenko is your single contact point. Async updates cover progress, next steps, blockers, and decisions. Every sprint includes demo links and a written summary for review. Feedback is consolidated in writing; calls are scheduled when discussion is more efficient.

We agree overlap hours and feedback windows around your time zone. Support response times and urgent incident coverage require a separate written agreement.

Planning honestly

Timelines follow scope.

A small integration may take a few weeks; a platform may require several sprints. These are planning examples, not delivery commitments.

Your schedule is confirmed with the specification. Access delays, third-party approvals, and changes to scope can affect milestones; we raise these dependencies as they appear.

Your next build

Let’s make the next step concrete.

Bring an idea, a bottleneck, or a system that needs to work better.

What we need from you

  • A clear business goal, target users, and essential workflows
  • Relevant documentation and authorized access to existing code and systems
  • One decision-maker to consolidate feedback and approve milestones
  • Budget constraints, target dates, and timely answers to open questions

Share credentials through an agreed secure channel after kickoff.
