Fixed-scope project

Discovery, a written specification, implementation, sprint demos, QA, and an agreed launch handover. A fixed quote after a written spec; changes are estimated separately.

02 / Evolving roadmap

Dedicated development

Reserved engineering capacity for a prioritized backlog, iterative development, code review, and regular demos. Capacity, billing, and review cadence are agreed in writing.

03 / After launch

Support & maintenance retainer

Agreed maintenance tasks, dependency updates, incident investigation, and small improvements. Coverage hours, response expectations, and included capacity are defined in the support scope.

04 / Before we start

A few good questions.

How much will my project cost?

A fixed quote after a written spec: we assess scope, integrations, and constraints before agreeing the price. Dedicated development and retainer capacity, billing, and exclusions are agreed separately in writing. Scope changes are quoted before work starts.

How long does a project take?

Discovery typically takes 2–5 days, followed by 2–3 days for the specification and quote. Delivery uses sprints of 1–2 weeks each. The number of sprints and launch window depend on scope, access, and review time and are confirmed in your agreement.

Can you work on an existing codebase?

Yes. We review the repository, deployment setup, dependencies, and current risks before recommending improvements and agreeing a scope.

Do you provide support after launch?

Yes. Handover documentation and any warranty period are set out in the project agreement. A support and maintenance retainer can cover agreed fixes, dependency updates, monitoring reviews, and improvements; response windows are agreed in writing.

How do we arrange timezone overlap?

The studio is based in Kyiv, Ukraine (UTC+02:00 / +03:00 DST), working Mon–Fri. We agree overlap hours at kickoff and share async updates and demo links so decisions can move between calls.

Can you sign an NDA, and who owns the work?

An NDA is available on request before you share confidential material. IP in bespoke project deliverables transfers to the client on payment as set out in the agreement. Pre-existing components and open-source dependencies retain their respective licenses.
